Equipped with a magnificent, spacious and well-equipped terrace of 70 m², partly covered by a very large pergola, as well as a superb unoverlooked heated swimming pool, the house is surrounded by a 1,200 m² of wooded land.
The whole area is carefully landscaped véritable cocon de nature et de sérénité.
The vast terrace, designed to welcome family and friends, opens directly onto the swimming pool: an ideal place to relax. ideal space for sharing convivial moments and make the most of the fine weather.
To the rear of the house, a second 30 m² partially-covered terrace with dining area and garden furniture provides a second space for relaxing, close to the large garden and play area.
The large main terrace offers unobstructed view of the pool, nestling in a leafy setting planted with mature trees. Palm trees, banana trees and lush vegetation create a real oasis of well-being, where you can relax in comfort on the deckchairs at the water's edge.
You can also take advantage of the garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.
These outdoor areas and the swimming pool are entirely private, reserved exclusively for the use of tenants.
Inside, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a beautiful 50 m² living room, this bright, friendly home has direct access to the main terrace via large picture windows.
